Usually a wide range of customization requests will be accepted, but the following will be declined:

  • Controversial topics that can land us in hot water.
  • Political/religious/activist/hostile messages that aren't subtle.
  • Copyrighted/trademarked properties, but parodies are legal.
  • NSFW. Okay we're not pure - little bit is OK but we're not an explicit AD brand.
  • Unanimously illegal activities, most notoriously certain extreme fetishes.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping / Taxes

Supykun LLC sends all their products from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Smaller products (i.e. stickers, single shirts) are mailed via USPS, and larger products (i.e. multiple shirt orders) via UPS. This applies to both domestic and international shipping.

Our online orders impose a 8.25% sales tax issued by our local subdivision (Tarrant County, TX), no matter where the order is coming from. Shipping costs will be added on top.

Our offline orders adhere to the state and county of the venue we're selling at. Any onsite mail-in orders also match taxes to the state the order is placed in.

International shipping for large orders

As a company based in the United States, Supykun LLC does not possess a VAT nor EORI (UK & EU only) number. This means all items shipped to you can only be successfully delivered if you as a customer can show a proper invoice document to the corresponding delivery agency (customs office or UPS).

You as a receiving customer must pay the resulting duties. So once a bulk order is made, we strongly suggest you remind us to email you via the inquiry page for further assistance if we do not reach out to you ourselves.

We have small distribution centres for your region for faster shipping at cheaper rates. Unless these depots are out of stock, here's where you could expect your items from:

Some credit/debit cards may fail due to the nature of European cards requiring a pin code to approve transaction. If this is repeatedly causing issues to your purchase, please inquire your orders with us and we'll directly email you to proceed thru PayPal.

Please note, large/bulk orders are handled by our Texas office as our European facilities aren't stocked with large inventories. In this case, please check our disclaimer on international shipping for large orders above.

โ†ฉ๏ธ Refunds

  • Smaller items such as stickers or any accessories are not refundable due to shipping complexity.
  • Commissions and custom-made items are refundable up until the concept stage. Once work has begun, it is not refundable.
  • Fashion items such as graphic tees may be inquired for a refund up to 7 days from purchase. Change of size may be inquired for an exchange up to 14 days from day of purchase. You must provide a proof of purchase as a receipt (generally sent through email).
