🎨 Commissions

Usually a wide range of customization requests will be accepted, but the following will be declined:

  • Controversial topics that can land us in hot water.
  • Political/religious/activist/hostile messages that aren't subtle.
  • Copyrighted/trademarked properties, but parodies are legal.
  • NSFW. Okay we're not pure - little bit is OK but we're not an explicit AD brand.
  • Unanimously illegal activities, most notoriously certain extreme fetishes.

📦 Shipping

Supykun LLC generally uses USPS for smaller items, FedEx/UPS for larger items and DHL for international shipping. Cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight (by oz for USPS, by lbs for everyone else), size and sensitivity of the package.

This website calculates these traits and sorts the cheapest shipping option for your total order. For commissions, shipping will be charged with the item upon checkout.

We ship our items from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Time of shipment will vary depending on the shipment class and your location. Custom-made items or commissions naturally take longer than usual and must be directly consulted for precise info.

↩️ Refunds

  • Smaller items such as stickers or any accessories are not refundable due to shipping complexity.
  • Commissions and custom-made items are refundable up until the concept stage. Once work has begun, it is not refundable.
  • Fashion items such as graphic tees may be inquired for a refund up to 7 days from purchase. Change of size may be inquired for an exchange up to 14 days from day of purchase. You must provide a proof of purchase as a receipt (generally sent through email).


💰 Taxes

Our nexus is Tarrant County of Texas, United States. We adhere to our local taxing jurisdiction for all sales made online (regardless of customer's location) and all offline sales made within Texas. An 8.25% sales tax obligated by the county is added upon checkout for both online/offline sales- tax calculation includes both the item cost and the shipping fee (if applied).

For our offline sales outside of Texas we implement the sales tax issued by their respective states. For our international offline sales, import duties and VATs varies depending on the country and circumstance.
